In the village of Trebija, you can find the Škribovc natural swimming pool. The path to the swimming pool takes you past the first of the five wooden covered bridges over the Poljanska Sora, which are characteristic of the Poljanska dolina. The recently renovated swimming pool covers more than two thousand square meters and is equipped with two stone tables, chairs and pieces for waste, and for the active there is a volleyball court and rope walking or "slacklining". You can park your vehicles at the Marco Polo Pizzeria, where you can also get refreshments if you get hungry while swimming.

In the village of Na Logu, turn over Poljanska Sora and park immediately after the bridge. You continue the path on foot and after 200 meters the path branches off to the right towards the bed of the Poljanska Sora. While relaxing, you can also walk to Dvorec Visoko and enjoy delicacies from the cafe in a beautiful atmosphere.

If you continue your journey from Trebija towards Podgora, after only a few minutes of driving you can turn right from the main road to the second covered wooden bridge over Poljanska Sora. You park your vehicle in front of the bridge, and the footpath leads you to the left towards the Podgora natural swimming pool. The latter is a bit more "wild", but therefore no less attractive for relaxing and enjoying the peace and beauty of unspoiled nature.

The natural swimming pool at Poljane nad Škofjo Loko is the youngest of all natural swimming pools and has a well-kept wooden platform. You can reach the swimming pool if you turn from the roundabout in Poljane via Poljanska Sora towards Črne Vrh. After 400 meters you park in the parking lot next to the road and you are already at the swimming pool. For lunch, you can walk to the center of Poljana to Gostilna na Vidmo, or have refreshments at Luštn' pod lipo. For a short recreation before refreshment, you can climb to the viewpoint above Poljani.

A popular place to cool off, even among the locals, is Martinčkova skala. The swimming pool is located between Podgora and Hotavlje. You can park your vehicle on the main road above the bathing area, and then go down the forest path on foot. For lunch, you can go to the nearby Gostilna Lipan na Hotavlje, where they will be happy to serve you local specialties. Just a step further, you can see a third wooden covered bridge.
